Connecting Our Community

TogetherWe strengthens mental well-being by bringing people together — neighbors, partners, and local organizations — to build connection and community.

Powered by a network of local organizations, care providers, schools, and community leaders, we work side by side to make mental well-being more accessible, coordinated, and compassionate across the valley.

Whether you’re looking for support, supporting someone you care about, or working to strengthen our valley, TogetherWe helps people connect to one another and to the resources they need.

5B Suicide Prevention Alliance Is Now Part of TogetherWe

TogetherWe is proud to carry forward the legacy of the 5B Suicide Prevention Alliance, which will continue its mission as the Suicide Prevention Coalition of TogetherWe.

Rooted in the same partnerships, shared purpose, and deep care for our community, this transition strengthens our collective impact and gives this vital work a lasting home within our community.

Joining together deepens our collaboration with partners and volunteers across the valley and allows us to support our community more fully — from prevention and education to connection, care, and healing.
